Depends what you want really, realistically you wont get a nice new PDA for free. But if all you need is a simple old school PDA, then try craigslist or something. Often times good people do give away their old electronics that still work fine. Also, check ebay for older used PDAs really cheap.

maybe a broke down one that doesn't work. Or from a family or a friend. but otherwise no chance anywhere, they're expensive little devices.
