Well, I'm planning to move out to another neighborhood and I'm still thinking about this one: I want to befriend well with all my new neighbor, but HOW?
Any simple and plain suggestion to achieve it?

Well...My family has been in this neghboorhood for like, 15 years.
Everytime someone moves in we bring them a cake of some sort and introduce ourselves....only this woman who lives above us beat us to it and brought us a cake when she moved in, I thought it was pretty nice....but you might want to give them a day cause they're supposed to bring you one.
A old next door neightboor of mine used to come over and play basketball with my brother and I just for fun, even though he was like, 30 years older than us.
Some other neighboors offer to take me bike riding, and another gave me a bucket of golf balls.
Halloween is a good chance too, be friendly and go trick-or-treating

You don't have to bake a cake or wait until Holloween. What you do is sit on your front porch. When a neighbor comes home from work, walk over an introduce yourself. If the neighbor is working in the front yard, do the same. They will enjoy the break. Go for a walk around the block. Say hello to people. This is the American way. NOTE, For Your Protection: Some neighborhoods are not as frendly as you may be.

Just be nice to them and be yourself. Don't act like anyone you're not. Be yourself. They'll like u for who u are not for like how u dress or something. Best of luck:)

Its not difficult, create conversation topics even if it is "can i have a box of mathc pliz?" and dont forget to be real
