I'm stuck in the game where i have to ignite the WindMill I have the fire arrows and i'm ready to go. I just can't find out where that rotating light is where i shoot my fire arrow at?

Make the windmill run again by blowing the wind North and jumping on the switch up the tall ladder in the village.( which i think is behind the building close to where that kid with the big hair is who is always asking for something round which is a pic of a full moon is) Ride the windmill up to the top ( at night) and shoot a Fire Arrow into the middle of the lighthouse to switch on the beam of light. to do this stand on the ledge so your in line with the light thing which i am going to call a horn then get your arrows out and in the horn you should see wood bits shoot at them when its facing you (its turning) you only have to shoot an arrow through one of the horns as they share the same wood. Talk to the man in the yellow hat outside the top of Salvatore's shop ( the one across from the school) to get a heart piece.

Okay, first you have to go through the place where you play the game about shooting squids. After you've gone through there, you want to walk down the the path until you get to where there are no more walls blocking you. There will be basically a ferris wheel. Wait for a car to come by and hop on. After you hop on, get your fire arrows ready. When you reach the top, shoot the arrows towards the little thing that looks like what would be in the top of a lighthouse. Shoot at that.

god, i remember that, it was so annoying. i think i finally got lucky doing it at an angle down and to the left of it, but you gotta have your arrow like go downwards, so it was crazy. sorry, someone else will give you a better answer

i ripped the following paragraph from gamefaqs.com
"Now, remember the windmill? Set the wind to blow north, and then press the switch. The ferris wheel is activated. Ride the wheel to the top, and fire a fire arrow at the center of the spinning yellow pole, and the light will be activated."
