Fondue is not meant to be applied to your ear! Just dip the strawberry or pretzel in the chocolate, not body parts.
The fact that she was a complete stranger just means she was probably very hungry and walking away giggling is another sign of hysteria brought on by malnutrition. Find this girl and offer her a sandwich.

I think it means that she is attracted to you and wants you to notice her and approach her. If you like her, don't let her get away. Catch up with her and nibble on her ear or whisper something strange and intriguing into
her ear and get her to thinking about that and you.
This could be the start of an interesting romance!

It sounds to me like she is a teenager and she has been talking to her girlfriends about you. She may like you and think your cute. While this was an immature way to let you know, after all she is a teenager girl. So if you like her then ask her out. Probally the best way to know why she did this is to wait and see what takes place next. I'm sure your friends or her friends will start to talk soon. So give it some time.If you can't wait then ask her out. It seems she does like you to me at least.
