When I copy e mails from Notepad, I have to spend ages fixing the format. I remember seeing a free trial of a formatting tool for e mails. Anybody know what it is?

You can copy them to MS Word software. It’ll do the formatting for you.

Use MS Word or Works instead- but on a side not formatting beyond carraige return is pointless you have no control over other mail systems and typically formatting is lost when sent and received.
