this is fine thought there are big veins on the part, sensitive part is this good or bad? i dont feel any blood restrictions though there is a mighty big vein at the back. I actually look circumsised, i dont look like you do when your foreskin is built up, the skin is actually under the other part of the skin? is this bad? also the red part seems to be drying out? is this good?

Yes, is perfectly normal.
Don't worry, play with it.

Congratulations to your parents on having the foresight to have you circumcised in the first place, but it would seem that the doctor cut you far too loosely so that you still had significant movement available in your foreskin remnant. The anti-circumcision fanatics always claim that one can 'regrow' a foreskin by stretching it over time. Whilst it would take many years to stretch a foreskin remnant into something really resembling (but never quite the same as) an original foreskin, it is possible that a loosely cut circumcision might be able to stretch into something that undesirably covers part of the glans. There is no way to shrink your foreskin; no process which will do the reverse of stretching. A re-circumcision is your only course of action to remove the unwanted overhang. Ask the doctor to give you a really tight circumcision so that it cannot be stretched down again in the future.

It seems like your foreskin is "doubling back" on itself. That's okay, don't worry about that as long as you can get it to function as it should. I'm not sure what you mean by "red part" but you probably don't want any part of you to dry out. Try using lotion or returning your foreskin back to it's original position when you're done doing whatnot.

you should cut off the foreskin and make a wallet out of it, vein and all.

then if you want it to turn into a hand bag, just rub the wallet.

You have WAY too much time on your hands. Go to a doctor and have him whack it off.
