Hi, I usually find myself shooting outdoors in windy conditions, what would be the BEST microphone windscreen, which are usualy the best type, that will reduce wind enormously.

Depending on the microphone a fur mic-muff would be the best. Here's a link...click on the PDF download for more info.

You could use a more Hollywood method, and record the audio completely after the fact. Use a microphone, and record the sound, but be ready to edit out the on-site dialogue and any wind noise, and re-record the dialogue.

The big fuzzy ones that look like you stole the tail off your stuffed toy. The longer hair breaks up the wind before it gets to the mike.
