To get a personal rep, good luck! They contact you. A representative will seek you out if your already existing site:
1. Gets (approximately) 20 MILLION hits per month (this is a guarantee sure fire way to get their attention)
2. Have a clear cut, well thought out (as in, written down) marketing plan with a high income potential.

trust me, they will not answer anything, they are slack when it comes to communication, I advise you to choose another program, I suppose you want to talk to them about your account getting banned? well they wont give your account back trust me. I advise another program such as yahoo advertising or search google for CPc advertisi ng or sumfing
