The administrators of this site thought long and hard as to how to best operate it. When we decide to answer questions we agree to follow the community guidelines; when we disagree with the rules we quit coming here and find another site. This is supposed to be for fun; when it ceases being fun, we should stop coming here. This serves as a relaxation for me and if it ever becomes a hassle, I won't continue. I have control over what I do, and won't continue doing something that makes me angry. Life is hard enough without fun things becoming unfun.
We also need to not listen to rumors. If the admin. makes changes, there will be reasons we don't understand. We can't possibly understand all the technical works of this site because we just answer questions. I believe in leaving the technical operations to the administrators. And technology is continually changing.

Yahoo owns this site, and therefore makes the decisions on what to keep or delete. It is foolhardy to attempt to change the world from without, but makes more sense to attempt to change it from within. Get a job as president of yahoo, then you can make all the changes that you desire.

Yeah I agree. This section brightens my day. I'm not saying nothing else does, but I enjoy other people's questions. Sometimes it makes me forget my problems.
