Right, I am a very "inspired" person - I have lots of ideas which I believe to have great business potential.

The point is that I am not a very consistent person, and when you mix that with my inspired being, the outcome is that I skip from project to project, and nothing ever even reaches the "invention" stage.

Are there people/companies who specialize in bringing ideas further, or companies who employ "inventors"?

What can I do to turn my idea into reality, considering what I just told about myself?

A lot of thanks to both of you!

I honestly have difficulty deciding upon which to choose as "Best Answer".

What I did forget to mention is that I am just 16, so TM Express's answer is probably not as appropriate to my problem as R G's answer.

Maybe one of you can convince me to choose your answer as best ;).

TM Express's answer is probably appropriate for others reading this (that is the reson why I find it so difficult to select a "Best Answer").

Excellent - you have all what it takes...

You know your strength and you also know your weakness - Now what you should do is look at the opportunities you get because of your weakness... The opportunity I see is that you could go on inventing and not look at the deployment side of it.

Now you get a helping hand in your weak area - go get a partner who could carry out a feasibility study and go deploying what you invent - You will be a successful person in no time.

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
