im only 19 and i got a DUI charge, underage drinking charge, and metabolic drug in metabolism because they took my bllod, what is going to happen?

Depends on the state. If it is your first charge you will problem have to attend alcohol meetings, pay a fine and be on probation. Doesn't it suck that your old enough to die in a war, go to prison but you can't drink a beer. Our system sucks. Good luck.

Do you mean an MIP or a DUI? You mention underage drinking, but nothing about driving.
If it's an MIP, it'll mean a $500-ish fine and community service.
If you got a DUI, best of luck to you... pray that the judge goes easy on you.

You will need an attorney to get the best results. Laws are tough on underage. In Georgia you would lose your license until 21 and then you would have to take the DUI class or driver improvement class. It sounds bad and it gets worst, in addition to the suspension of your drivers license, a fine probably around 1000.00 or more, mandatory 48 hours in jail, and community service. Its tough we all make mistakes. We hope you get a miracle! Good luck!

I don't know, but with underage DUI's you don't have to reach any level (.08 in Arizona) you can have only a trace amount, but if they detect it then you are screwed JUST because you are too young to have it in your system.

You will lose your license until you are 21, and you will have to do community service and attend alcohol awareness classes. That is what happened to a friend of mine. But each case is different. You will have to see what the judge has to say. But I wouldn't hold out much hope for just a fine and a slap on the wrist. The best you will get is just losing your license until you are 21.

Dude, this is going to be one of many lessons you are going to learn in life. Rule numbor one, Don't drink and drive!!! At least you didn't kill anyone, or yourself. Good luck and stay off the bottle when you are going to be driving.
