2 but maybe the frog that jumped off kicked one of the frogs so there is 1. And maybe the frog that got kicked bumped the other frog off the log and then theres 0. but what if there were 8 frogs and 4 jumped off but they jumped onto 4 other logs. how many frogs are on each log???

Since it's been six minutes since you asked this question, I'd say there are none left. The first one finally decided to jump off and the others figured he knew something they didn't, so they soon followed.
