don't give her paper anymore if you are really annoyed...to ignore her is the best thing to do with regards to plastic people...

Start the year off right and don't put up with her garbage. If she demands paper tell her to ask nicely or she's not getting any. Stare her down if she's a bully. They don't know how to handle that.

You cannot control what she says or does, but you can control your response. If she asks for paper in a not-so-nice way, look straight at her and say "I'm sorry, I can't help you", and then move on. Do not allow yourself to be dragged down to her level.
