Well it dont hurt it just is very sore and my nipples have darken a lil and my breast is fuller and im sleepy tired craving food and sleeping all the time and i go to the doctor friday for an ultrasound because my regular doc said their is nothing he can really do because since im having this pain.Wonder if i am pregnant and they see that it is a baby in me?

why dont you take the time to call a doctor instead of asking a question on the internet?if its that bad go to the hospital

why dont you try tsking a pregnancy test
otherwise just wait and why didnt your regular doctor do a pregnancy test before ordering an ultrasound. sounds to me like you have another problem and not pregnancy

No pain is normal. Pain is nature's warning sign that something is wrong! Get a PG tester, then go to the doctor either way, PG or not!

I had some cramps with both of my pregnancies in the 1st trimester. Depending on how early you are it will either be a sac or the baby they will see
