blood in the toilet is normal. it means it wont end up on your panties. and excercise reduces cramps, or put a heating pad on your stomach and have some herbal tea or ginger ale. the cramps arent an issue until they keep you out of school. just email me if you have more questions.

Yes hon it is normal for there to be blood in the toilet. Some women have a heavy flow and some don't. If your cramps are really bad then you should talk to your mom and see if she can take you to the doc and get everything checked out. I ended up having to take birth control pills at the age of 13 because my periods were so heavy and cramped me so bad. Its not always a reason to have sex. Some times getting on the pill is for medical reasons. It sure helped me. Hope you feel better hon.

aww, poor girl. I remember my first, I thought it was horrible and I knew I was going to die. Take Aleve or Midol. Reg. pain killer works as well. At night lay down with a heating bad on your stomach, that helps the cramps as well.
As for the blood in the toilet, yes if you are on your period, there will be blood in the toilet. Don't worry, day 2 and 3 are the heaviest. give it a day or two and the flow will be light then over for a month... Good luck

well, im 12 to and i had my period for a year now so, for cramps midol works really well, and about the blood thing there is really nothing you can do about that but get thicker pads, and the blood in the toilet is normal.
and some other advice is your period will not be regular for a while its been a year and mine is still not on a normal basis so dont worry bout that.

It's very normal for there to be blood in the toilet sometimes depending on how heavy your flow is there may be a lot.
As far as the cramps go Warm baths are fantastic. Midol is a great product it helps with cramps, bloating, fatigue and mood swings.

If your still on your period...you'll pee out blood ofcourse. If not...it's probably nothing you should worry about. To stop cramps, take a nice hot bath. Put a hot wash cloth on your lower stomach or a heating pad. Do some minor exercise...like walking, jogging, etc. What I do to stop my cramps is use the wash cloth thing, hot bath, and streching out muscles on the living room floor.

Here's a good site on periods for girls- http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/sexual_health/girls/menstruation.html

If you're using pads, yes that's normal. If you're using tampons, that means it's time to change tampons.
A hot water bottle, asprin, or sometimes just laying down for a little while can help with cramps (the last one might depend on the person, but it works for me).

Yes theres going to be blood in the toilet, its normal. For cramps you can use a heating pad or drink some herbal tea. Also you can take over the counter medication like mydol or ibeprofun.
