It would depend on the situation. Was the man kind to her and she is justs cold hearted. Did the guy treat her right when he was healthy. I think it is awful for someone to hurt a person when they know they are dying and only have little time on this earth left. If a person is like that they will get thiers in the end. I hope your not the ill person.

Why? Who knows what people do? Why does a man lie to a woman? No one knows that answer to that either.
A woman who truly loved a man would want him to get the best medical care possible. She would drive him to the doctor if necessary. She would stick by his side through thick and thin. She would not hurt him.
A man who truly loved a woman would seek the best medical care possible in order to spend more time with his beloved.
I don't know what kind of women you are talking about. I know that I would never desert my love when he needed me. I would never hurt him. I would stay with him until his last breath.

There can be several reasons. I knew one lady who left her husband because he was dying and they were living from shelter to shelter. She left him to take care of herself and her daughter. I knew someone who couldn't stand to have her heart broken and she left a man when he was dying. Every one thought she was a witch, but she couldn't explain herself to anyone because she was ashamed. It wasn't the right thing to do, but it is also understandable. She thought that if she was the one who chose to leave him, then it wouldn't hurt as much as if he was the one who left her. She still regrets this decision to this day. I could probably answer your question better if I knew the circumstances though.

because she is heartless and does not love the man thats the only answer...if a woman realy loves he husband boyfriend or what ever she will be there for him no matter what if thay are married thats kinda where the frase "Till death do us part" in other words u will be there for the person and with the person even if thay are dying. iif my husband or boyfriend or even a friend was dying i would be there for them and to help them out thats what lover and friends do...
