In Yahoo Mail, go to Options, then Signature. Type in what you want your signature to say, then click "Add signature to all outgoing messages."

It depends on what email client you have. Do you have a free yahoo account? If you do then when you log into your mail account. on the far right hand top corner there is an Options. Click on that and in the center column there is a Signature. Click on that and make sure you SAVE.

Whatever program you use, look for something like "Options" or "Preferences". There should be a way under one of the headings there. In Yahoo mail, the heading is "Signature".
