yes, you can get acne. Acne in persons under the age of 18 can be the cause of either hormones or skin type.
When my sister was young she got acne on her chest due to her estrogen levels.
With that, id imagine its possible to get it else were.
Make sure you wash and keep dry effected areas, with the summer comming close to an end and school starting soon it shouldnt be all that hard.

Normal but not pleasant. Do you have oily skin?
Use a body scrub, gently, in the shower. Especially after sport etc where you may have been sweating.
If it is bad, see a doctor as they may be able to prescribe something to clear it up. Especially if you are a teen.
If you are not into doctors, go see a naturopath, which would be my first point of call.

perhaps where u are sweating is causing this use back yea butt makes me think of syphilis tho -your probably sweating and pores are clogged so use a bath scrub and wear cotton for absorbency of the sweat
