I sometimes ( when I drink ) that I should just throw myself out the window. I will undoubtedly never know what it is liked to be really loved by someone (ie, a girlfriend) I am too ugly, and too weird. I really wish I could stop this nightmare of a dream called life, but I don't have the courage.

Please don't be so critical of yourself. You call yourself weird and ugly but I bet not all other people see you that way. Maybe you could either talk to a therapist or take a class/read a book to work on self-esteem issues. Have you practiced approaching members of the opposite sex for dates? It may seem awkward at first & you may get rejected a few times (we've all been rejected at least once or twice) but the more you practice the easier it will become.
And try to branch out & find people (friends, not just for dating) outside your family with similar interests. Take a class or join a gym, church, volunteer goup, etc. Find like minded people. It will help you feel better about your life.
And please don't think just because you are not "in love" with someone right now or maybe even ever that your life is worthless. There are lots of people who never marry who are not "lonely". Please don't give up hope. 20 really is young. You have so much ahead of you.

Believe or not, even the beautiful people feel like you do sometimes. You are not anything you don't want to be. It is hard to be positive when life is negative, but you have to keep trying.
My husband felt exactly the same way as you do, he had really bad acne, and was not the best looking guy. We met when he was 21, and I was his 2nd girlfriend, the previous one only using him for the car.
We have now been married 13 years, and he is the best husband in the world, his acne has cleared up and his confidence has grown.
People don't understand what I see in him, as he is pretty shy and quiet, but they don't see him when he is relaxed. I feel more comfortable with him than anyone else. You will find the same thing one day, just never lose hope.
Don't do anything to hurt yourself, as there is more people out there that love you than you realise.

Twenty years old is quite young, believe it or not. You have your whole life and a wonderful world out there ahead of you just waiting for you to experience it.
Try to stop dwelling on your negatives (which, for the most part are probably not even true!) and expoit all of the positive things about yourself. Are you funny? Do you like to write? Are you a good listener?
Take stock of all of your blessings, and you may be pleasantly surprised with what you already have, and what you don't have, you don't really need.
There is someone out there for everyone, I believe. Be patient, mature a little, and see if I'm not right!

why do you feel this way?you're so young, your life has barely even begun.if you want a relationship with someone,it can happen for you.but you need to stop being hard on yourself.why do you say that you're ugly?has someone ever said that to you?the way you see yourself, other people might see you differently.if you see yourself as unattractive, someone could see you as very attractive.does your family treat you well?you say, that they're the only ones who will love you.
i'm sure your family thinks well of you.because they know what a great person you are,and they love you,and they want you to be happy.i know what it's like to be down on myself.i don't feel i'm good enough for anyone, either.so i can relate to the things you're saying.
but, please, don't give up on yourself.there could be someone who likes you,and is afraid to approach you.they might sense that you're not happy with yourself.and they might think that, you really don't want anyone.they might think you just wanna be left alone.
you're so young, and you have so much to live for.don't give up on yourself.you could end up falling in love with someone and having a great relationship someday.i hope that it happens for you.you sound like a nice person, and you deserve to be happy.

Drinking amplifies your emotions. If you're in a good mood drinking will make you happy, If you're in a bad mood drinking will make you feel worse. Stop drinking. Some people aren't even loved by their family, so you're pretty lucky if they love you. So you've never had a girlfriend so what? They're pretty expensive anyway ;P You'll find someone. Don't try to hurt yourself. It's selfish, and life will continue to go on without you and you'll miss out. Good luck and God bless. I will pray for you.

I don't know what to say to you..I have a 14 yr old son that feels the same. He's over weight, which causes everyone (he says) at school to pick on him. He rides the bus he gets picked on, he goes home and he gets picked on and beat on by his brothers. Last year it was so bad he wanted me to move him to a different school or home school him. right now he feels like he's too fat, too ugly and no-one likes him(atleast thats what he says). How do I explain to Him that things will get better..and that he won't always feel like that? Maybe you have a suggestion for me? You know i believe that there is someone out there for everyone..theres a girl out there for you..maybe you haven't come across each other yet. Not all women are shallow..this girl for you won't be and you will love and appreciate her even more. Don't be down on yourself ok...I'm your friend. I know that girl is out there..you won't have to look for her..she'll come your way!

Alcohol is a depressant it makes things worse. Im me we can talk. Beauty skin deep, personality counts. Many thinks can be done for inside and out. Nightmares will stop when depression gets improved and nothing wrong with temporary anti-depressant either. Their is someone for everyone don't rush it. School is cool end the end the nerds win. :-)
