Well, if he likes you he'll probably ask you out. Or, you could ask him out, and if he says yes, there's your answer. I know it seems simple, but in the long run, straightforwardness is best

Body language and eye contact should be EXTREMELY obvious and give you a definate hint. Also the way he talks to you, the certain questions he asks will tell you how you feel. If you still don't know, just ask. It's always better to know the truth than wonder constantly about it.
