How about this one: I would love to explore a friendship with you and possibly more. I would you like to go out for dinner and miniature golf so we can learn more about each other. Will this work for you? If she says yes, you have your date. If she says no, you know that she is not interested in dating you and you don't have to waste your time and energy on a lady who is not interested in you.
It might not be a true pick-up line (which most ladies will appreciate) but it will probably give you better odds of success in attaining the date that you seek.

Hi there, you look like you may be a cool person that would be fun to spend time with but I can't be too sure. So, let's go out for coffee, spend 15 minutes meeting eachother and if your not too weird maybe we could be friends.
I like this answer because you say in a tounge and cheek way that you aren't completely p whipped already because shes cute and she best be interesting if your going to give her more then fifteen minutes of your time. Important don't be p whipped.
