Where can I find basketball courts in Kansai?

I live in Kansai and I love playing basketball, but I've checked all around my area and even asked at the local city hall and at local gyms and I can't find any public basketball courts. Any ideas where or how I could find one?

I googled Kansai and Kansai basketball.
For those who don't know, Kansai is in Japan.

There is a Kansai Basketball Federation;
There is a Kansai Gaidai University Basketball Team; and
There is a Kansai Invitational Basketball Tournament.

From these sources, you are likely to learn of public basketball courts. Good luck.
