You either are strong or your not how can you act a strong woman if your really not. Would you be able to pretend something your not everyday? That would be impossible and phoney. Good luck.

Hold your head up high, look people in the eye and don't slump your shoulders like you are defeated already. That is a start but it is always better to be something than act like you are. Don't be rude but stand your ground when dealing with other people. And don't start touching your face and hair when a guy looks or talks to you. That means you are worried about how you look..

To appear strong to other people, be a little serious. Stop smiling everytime you speak (only if you do) because such a thing is associated with a weaker or more stupid one...

Walk tall, shoulders back, head up high. Be confident in yourself. Don't be afraid to voice your opinion. Don't let people walk all over you. Alot is how well you carry yourself.

Stand and walk tall; be friendly without being fawning, decisive without being aggressive, listen with both ears and don't be afraid to stand up for yourself and your weaker sisters.

Take a self-defense or kickboxing class. VERY empowering and a fun way to exercise.
