She is there in number two...she even sneaks into Marty's future house...WAIT, you are right, it is a different actress! I never noticed that before, but here they are:

I heard she retired from acting. (Weird, since she was so young)
Also of note: Crispin Glover(George McFly) also did not return for the sequels.
