Blue balls is a term used when a guy get all horned up and is ready to com and he gets left hanging pretty much he dont get to get off. No its not harmful But it really sucks when it happens to you and if you never had it i am sure one day you will.

blue balls is nothing more than a term describing built up sperm in the testicles and not releasing them either sexually or by masturbating- it is painful and causes intense stomach cramps if you get blue balls don't go to the doctor just jerk off
