walking the more you walk or are active in any way makes labor come faster.

Sorry to hear you don't want the sex answer because that's what worked with me. I was a week overdue and my doctor was threatening to induce me (I did an unmedicated labor and did not want an induction). I TRIED EVERYTHING. The castor oil DO NOT DO, the walking, the cervial massage, the nipple stimulation, I was even shoveling snow the entire week before he was born. Nothing worked until I gave into that advice and my husband was happy to do the honors. It can't be gentle sex. Your cervix has really got to be disturbed. After sex that morning, I was in labor that afternoon. Good luck.

what you are feeling is quite normal because having a baby is another phase in your life that poses a great deal of responsibility in the future. However, having a baby is a blessing, and the moment you first see your baby, all the pain and misery that you have felt will be gone. Believe me, i'm a mom too.

Use balsamic vinegar. Make a salad dressing with it and put it on a large salad.

Also, walk. The more you can walk, the better.

You didn't mention how far along you are, why?

Walking really works, but I would say you should try to relax, while you can!!!!
