In my opinion,I believe in my right as a decent human being and if I feel that someone violent and harm me direct or indirect way I am not afraid to ask what is your intention? Then I will pursue legal action if I find a case out of it.Law is Law but it always has a loop hole so you have to be careful because, the standard nosed is do not get cause so do not allow anyone abuses you by word or attitude.Make sure you stand tall and there are so many unhappy campers around and I urge you protect your right and do not let anyone cross you.My thought is do not try I will get you if you intend to harm me and my family.Watch out.

spitting on a person is considered assault so i would say that most areas are covered yes, but you could emotionally harm someone and it not be considered harmful so there are loop holes.
