had a handicap parking sign installed for him, when he's 20 years old, without a handicap, and owns a HUGE freakin' obnoxious truck that I want to smash up.

He has no respect for any one in this court location. He always rev's his bomb of a car and takes all the parking in the court. He always revs his Harley Davidson right outside my bedroom window after 9 PM at night and even when I have called the police, he still continues to rev it when they've gone. He loves to drive over the kids bikes that have been left in the gutters and he always is beating up his weak girlfriend whom unfortunately lives with him.
He is a true misogynist and I'll be happy to see him well and truly gone.

.......cleans out their car and throws the garbage on the lawn and the driveway. The garbage stays there until they cut the grass....then it's just bits of garbage after that.
I kid you not....these people have been my neighbors for over 14 years now.
Other then that, they're not bad people....just a little messy.

I love all my neighbors even though there is one who stands out in front of his garage and smokes ciggarettes after ciggarettes and is deaf mute, but he is not all there in his brain he talks to himself and fights unseen people off, sometimes he looks like he is ready to kill someone because he screams so loud.
