If you can't use a dictionary or the spell-check on your computer, then, "college" is a place you, hopefully, aren't bound for, yet! If you are working with a person on a project, then, your "colleague" may not be too excited right now, either!

IF you used the spell check you would have been given the options how to spell which ever word you wanted - I just typed the exact spelling of yours 'colleag' and it came up with the options- just to prove my point.

Are you asking for college - meaning school you go to after high school, or
collage - meaning a bunch of pictures glued to a paper in a semi-random manner?

COLLEGE = school
COLLAGE= arrangement of pictures or other objects
Believe it or not, but a lot of college students get these two words mixed up and/or misspelled a lot.
