So this girl I was hanging out with and that I really liked as a friend apparently thought we were dating or something. One time I went to pick her up to go out and she greeted me at the door in lingerie.
She had a nice body but the face didn't do it for me (no paper bag comments needed). Also, I had never thought of her sexually; she was more like a sister to me...talk about an awkward moment that seemed to last forever.
Anyway, nothing happened and we went our separate ways.
oh and before it's thrown in my face...no, I am NOT gay...

Dude thanks i thought i was the only man with a female best friend that didn't think of her sexually i understand were you are coming from and she should understand, i've seen my best friend naked but she is also an exotic dancer and i help her find clothes for work, but just explain how you feel women are way more understanding and sensitive towards these situations than us men because most men have a one track mind.

I've dated some women that have turned out to be better friends than lovers... no problems. As long as you make that clear to her. Women hate being rejected, especially when they put themselves in a risky, embarassing situation like she did. You weren't giving her mixed messages, were you?
At any rate, I hope you were able to remain friends with her.

The only times that I've "hooked up" with friends was usually due to drunkenness, but if the friendship is deep enough it should survive such things.

Back in high school I had a male friend that was in college. We had been friends for years. One night he kissed me and it was like kissing a brother or something. We tried a few times that night to get into it but nothing was there....lol
