Airtel is the suited one.. purchase a sparkling simcard(funds plan) sms loose(on a daily basis condo Re.a million) community 60paise for mobiles, Re1 for landlines interior TN & STD is Rs.2 for mobiles & Rs.2.40 for landlines.. If u recharge ur card for Rs.30(no communicate fee) then u can make STD demands a million.50paise everywhere in India..
