First I heard it was supposed to be in April or May of this year, then it was July, and now July has come and gone yet the Iranian oil bourse is still trading in the Petro-Dollar? What gives?

It makes sense from Iran's point of view. The Euro is a more politically friendly currency than the dollar.

They consider it a slap in the US's face. It might work. Or it might be the biggest mistake since they decided to take on Genghis Kahn.
