What would help me with my stress and depressio? What usually helps?

More exercise. Endorphins are created, that elevate your mood.
Distant yourself from very negative people/enviorments.
Involve yourself with very positive people/enviorments.
Meditate.
Last but not least, if all that doesn't do it:
Lexapro. First and only drug I would ever take for stress/anxiety

To relieve stress, I do the following:
1. Walk away from it! :)
2. Clean the house.
3. Go fishing.
4. Concentrate on something meaningless.
5. Play sports!
6. Write on blogs.
7. Read this book... Don't Sweat the Small Stuff!

I would say find something that relaxes you or find something that you enjoy doing. also try to do new and exciting things like going to a spa for a massage or traveling or planning weekend with family or a romantic get away with the one you love

umm whenever I am feeling super stressed I love to go running and turn my music up really loud and just concentrate on something else for a while and for depression.... umm I don't know I am still working on that one myself

Try and talk to a friend ... if not try and write it out in a journal or keep yourself busy so that you dont think about it!
