Dont listen to wizzard, steroids and drugs are NOT the answer. If you have belly fat, not matter how many crunches and sit up you do you will never see them! You could have a nice 6pack hiding under there and no one would know.
Work on your diet and cardio to get rid of it. If you have a nice flat tummy and just want to get it defined i sugest you do planks. Get on the floor and in a puch up position, you can either be on hands or elbows, wrists flat on the floor. Now tighten the abs and hold it! Try to hold for 10seconds, relax a min then do it again.
Crunches and sit ups can cause back and neck pain, planks are the best IMO and most effective.

There is no quick or easy way to get abs. Crunches are great, do them on a regular basis and eat right. If you have a lot of body fat in your midsection, you won't see them as well.

You should lose the fat in your stomach region first thru aerobic exercise or running. If you develop your ab muscles, they won't show thru the fat and will just push the fat out further.

holds your stomach inside..do it again and again, when u chat, when u walk, when u sit.. holds your stomach inside for 5 minutes is the same with one sit up..see the result in one week
