I am asking these questions because I would like to see if there is a real answer. If there was not hate would there be love? If there was not war would there ever be peace If we all never died would there be life? If we never judged would we ever hate? If we were all perfect would we be too perfect making us not pufect at all? I hope some one knows how to answer these questions because I don't I hope that you will understand what I am asking.

All of your questions have to do with the absolute vs the relative, or the subjective vs the objective. If you are an absolutist (or have an objective point of view) your questions must be answered with either a yes or a no. If you are a relativist (or have a subjective POV) they must be answered in a more nuanced way.

Your question: "If there was not hate would there be love?"

Absolutist answer: No
Relativist answer: It's possible for some individuals to overcome their feelings of anger, hate, fear and revulsion of others without diminishing their ability to love. In fact, that's the ideal state of being found in many religious beliefs. If it's possible for an individual to do so, it follows that it could be possible for an entire society to do so. And if one society can, why not all societies? So, it's possible to love without having hate.

Your question: "If there was not war would there ever be peace"

Absolutist answer: Yes
Relativist answer: It would depend on how one defined "war" and "peace." If your definition of war is a "shooting war" where armies of one country oppose the armies of another or lawless, stateless militias or terrorists then the answer is probably going to be Yes also, if opposing sides can resort to negotiations to resolve their differences and lay down their arms.

However, if your definition of war vs peace includes such things as a "war on crime" or a "war on drugs," the answer will have to be No because evildoers and criminals will always be with us and we're always going to need the police and the justice system to combat them.

Your question: "If we all never died would there be life?"

Absoultist answer: Yes.
Relativist answer: This one's easier. Yes.

Your question: "If we never judged would we ever hate?"

Absolutist answer: Yes.
Relativist answer: It's possible to judge (find fact) without hate. A jury is asked to render its verdict dispassionately, based on the evidence and testimony presented to it, rather than its feelings for or against the defendants or the victims and many times they're able to do just that. In fact, testimony or demonstrations that might prejudice a jury are routinely disallowed and in extreme cases can result in a mistrial. So, the answer here is Yes, also.

Your question: "If we were all perfect would we be too perfect making us not pufect (sic) at all?"

Absolutist answer: No.
Relativist answer: There is no condition of being "too perfect" since perfection is as good as it gets, by definition. Being perfect precludes the possibility of imperfection, so the answer is No.

You forgot to ask: "Is there good without evil?" "Is there up without down?" "Is there a concept of 'in motion' without a concept of 'at rest'?"

1. Love and hate are not neccesarily opposites.
2. war and peace arent opposites either; without war, there are conflicts also. If you want peace, everyone has to agree with everything.
3. If there was no death, then you cannot call it living because death comes hand to hand with life.
4. If we could not judge, there would be lots of problems in the world and nothing would get solved.
5. Define perfect in what way.
6. Short answers as I am tired. hit my email if you want to ask more.

Yes, there would be love if there was no hate. There would be peace if there was no war (but you'd have to rename a great book). If we never died, there would always be life. If we never judged, there would be no hate (but neither would there be love).
Now for the interesting one -Yes, if everyone were perfect, we'd be so perfect that we wouldn't be perfect at all. It's the imperfections in people that make them interesting. Who would want to be so perfect that they would be boring?

There doesn't have to be hate in order to have love. And the same goes for war and peace. But the life and death thing and the perfect-not-too-perfect thing is true if you get what I'm saying.

If there was no hate there wouldn't be love either, for you have to have something to compare the feelings to..you have to know love to hate or vic versa

If there was no war there would still be peace..it is war that makes us want peace

We don't die, just our bodies, our souls go to Heaven..and still live..

There is only one perfect person, Jesus..and although we may strive to be perfect we will never be

Yes being judgmental has nothing to do with hate, just lack of respect.

OK
Hate isn't the opposite of love, so love would still be
Peace can exist without war, but we may appreciate it less
Without death we might not appreciate life
No such thing as too perfect. No degree of perfection. Either perfect or not. Kinda like preggers

Good and Evil will always be around! With that said, you can't have life w/o death, peace w/o war, love w/o hate ect. For one, if they were no death, what would we do? Build until there is no trees or flowers...or life! (which maybe the way we are heading anyway) But we need trees for oxygen so w/o death we would die anyway. Now I'm sounding confusing!
Bottom line, you can't have one w/o the other!

I do fully understand your ?'s, and I would say that what makes life exciting is the mystery, and the not-knowing. The only one that I think if we didn't judge I think we still hate, because if Saddam Hussein came in and he just killed people, you would still hate him, because in your gut feeling you know the difference between right and wrong, and taking away people's life and their laugther is totally wrong. Have fun with life, and live everyday to your most!

Most of your questions boil down to having opposites...there are opposites for everything in life and without one, we would not have the other. Just like having good, we have to have evil. It also has to do with cause and effect. And, of course, as some genius once said, to every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
