Take care of your hair-trim it regularly, and condition it once a week. Take calcium pills, or multi vitamins, they work great. Your hair and nails will improve a lot.

specify on vitamin b (b complex) vit b is the ones responsible for skin and nails, hair. also like the other poster said jello. i know it was suggested on other sites to drink hot liquid jello.

start with vit. I know more about hair then nails. do not wash everyday use lots of conditioner and do not cut unless you have lots of split ends then just dust the ends.

i dont recommend it, but i heard prenatal vitamins work well for that
