hey i am 19 and i have a 6 month old son... me and my husband had unprotected sex a few days ago i think it was the 13 and 14 and i believe i am suppose to ovulate today, which of course is the 16, i wouldnt mind being pregnant again cuz my husband is in the military and that helps out a little bit but im really worried on how hard it will be to raise two kids so close in age, i think itll be best cuz they will be so close in age that they will be able to experiance things together, so my questions are, how possible is it that i am pregnant and how hard will it be for me to raise two babys if i am pregnant, thank you for you help and please no immature answers...

It seem to me It's alot easier to get pregnant the second time than the first .
it is hard raising two kids near the same age . I don't know how people with twins do it . I got pregnant with my second child 3 months after having my first . it is really rough on your body if you don't take proper care of yourself . believe me . my first pregnancy I could do anything , my second I was weak . But I think it is all worth it they are the most valuable things I have !
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF IF YOU ARE !

Your son's a real cutie, and I'm glad you're young and energetic, because you may need it. Could you be pregnant? Of course. How likely is it? There is no way to tell. I got pregnant if a sperm ran past me anytime near ovulation, and my daughters are the same way. Other women are, shall we say, a tad bit more resistant!

You might as well relax and wait a couple of weeks before checking it out. It's just too soon to tell.

Now, can you raise two babies so close together? Your baby boy will be a 15-month-old toddler before the new one arrives. You will already have discovered just how easy infants can be, compared to toddlers. But he'll be mobile, talking at least some, and, if you handle things right, rather charmed that there is someone smaller than himself in the house.

You'll change a lot of diapers, and you'll have to make an appointment to get some sleep, and you should get some help when you can so you don't wear yourself out. You'll have a ball, and there's a good chance the children will grow up to be quite close with each other.

My girls are three years apart. If I had it to do again, they'd be more like 18 months apart.

Here are some articles to look at. Best wishes!

It's tough to have two in diapers at the same time. I honestly don't know how likely it is that you are pregnant. Guessing about whether the kids will be close, being that close in age is iffy at best. I know my two boys are the best of buddies (they are now 10 & 12 - 22 months apart) and my hubby's two youngest are really close (they are only a year apart). It's the baby stage that's the hardest.

i Have two kids and it is alot of work but also my two are 4 yrs. apart so two right behind each other is hard but if you have a loving husband and support from family then you can do it. But you have to think are you ready for this you are only 19yrs old. Have you thought about college or what you want to do in life as a career because it is easier to go to school with one child than two children. But I wish you all the luck

You could get pregnant, if it is around ovulation time for you. You aren't breastfeeding at all, right? If you were, that could keep you from getting pregnant.

Two babies would be a handful, but people have twins all of the time, and they manage, so I'm sure you would do fine. It would give you something to focus on while your husband is gone, and I think that is as good a reason as any. Good luck!

well....i dont know exactly how accurate it would be that you are pregnant...you'd just have to wait and see....um I agree with you in that it would be good for the two kids to be close in age so they can experience things together...(im 18, my brother is 12 and my baby baby brother .....is 3 months...very very very spread out...and were not very close at all) Um I do however, think it will be tough...maybe not financial wise...due to your husband being in the military like you said...that will be a plus..but emotionally it might get a little frusturating...because while one is just getting out of diapers....you'll be just putting one in diapers..lol..if that makes since...but you seem to be a strong person..since your not freaking out about this and you said you wouldnt mind it...i think you will be just fine....good luck
