make a extreme diet like only eat apples for a week (like 3) per day and a lot a lot of water...plus a little of exersice like yoga or pilates help too nothing extreme cause u not gonna have the energy to do them believe me and after the week u can start eating vegetables (a lot of greens) and add some carbohydrate like a cup or rice (NO SALT OR OIL) or whole bread

what exactly do you have to fit in that you have to loose 10lbs in a week and a half? if you knew you wanted to loose weight don't you think you should have started awhile ago?
Crash diets and not eating is going to do nothing but what it did to me when I was in highschool. Pass out and become a border line diabetic...do you think it is fun? No I have to watch what I eat when I eat and if I don't eat for a long period of time I black out.
Can't you be happy with what you got and stop worrying about what your boyfriend says or the girls whispering about you! Who cares.... if you are happy with you then why worry. If you are not happy...then quick is not the answer. Proper education about eating and working out is the only way to do it.
Stop allowing yourself to be pulled in by false images and body types that are not healthy.
Be an individual...not one of the crowd

You do NOT need to lose 10 pounds in a week and a half. Besides, even if you did find a way to lose this kind of weight, its sure to come back, anyways.

even though its very unlikley and hard..but it can be done nothing is impossible...just stay away from the high calorie food and eat healthy....plus exercise alot and drink 6-8 cups of water a day and youl get Ur results..remember it is very important to eat!!! to keep your metabolism going on good luck!

that's real hard, I like to drink water, work out continuously, and you get your results, 10 lbs is a lot in a week and a half, you can give it a shot and see where it takes you.
