Lucky Magazine ($12 for 12 Issues / Year) & Shop Ect. Magazine ($12 for 10 Issues / Year)! They are both dedicated to shopping!!

Cosmo Girl!, Seventeen, Teen People, Teen Vogue, etc. I would say Cosmo Girl! is best though. They have beauty and fashion tips for every size, skin color, religion, age(teens though), etc. I read Cosmo Girl! monthly and have a subscription. Its reaaly affordable. Good Luckâ¥

Teen People or Ellegirl that one is super and I would not suggest Teen Vogue because its gay unless you like 5000 pages of ads!!
