Unfortunately, they can charge anything they want........Even though it IS outrageous how greedy financial institutions have become............

WOW! ten dollars is outrageous, I've heard of 2-3 bucks but not 10!
They would only get by with it one time with me, I would switch banks.

as long as they display the fee in advance and the atm allows u the chance to cancel the transaction.

They can charge what the want to unfortunately. Usually they're nice enough to tell you you're beng screwed.
