no i think thats a good size any bigger and you would get unwanted attention

It depends on how the rest of you is shaped. If you're curvy, wide, or tall, maybe not. If you are overly petite everywhere else, then maybe so. I was a 36 B, almost C when I was 14 but I never really thought of them as big. Now I have 38 D's and I don't really consider them big. It's like me asking if I have a big nose? haha

14 and you use a 36B I say thats big for your age. When your 17 you will maybe have the same bra size like me 38 C or bigger!

No, I have that same size when I was your age too and now I am 23yrs. old it 38 C and still growing.

depends on the rest of the measurements, ifthey are not proportionate, yes. but you have a lot of growing ahead of you, so the rest might catch up!

Why does it matter to you what I think, or what others think? ...about that? I know people who have less. I know people who have more. Why do you care what others think? Do you know why you care, why you asked this question? Have you thought about that? You should reflect privately about that, why you asked that question.
