child and sex should not be in the same sentence, but at the extreme least maby 13, 14, still too young, but these days you never know.

Children shouldn't have sex.
They should be playing with transformers or barbie dolls.
Personally they should be in a long term relationship- a serious one. Not those I'm 14 and have boyfriend puppy love because those never last.
If you're considering having sex, trust me put it off until you're married.
Until you have a job, can vote, and have your own place you shouldn't have sex. Pregnancy is very common and it can happen even to those who are extremely careful.
I hate hearing about 13 year olds who end up getting pregnant, they are being ignorant and stupid to throw away their lives because they felt the need to have sex.
Put off your urges younglings.

A child should never have sex. Anyone who has sex with a child should go to prison for a very long time.
Eighteen. And then only if they are mature enough to handle it. Sex comes with responsibilities and commitment.

depends on the maturity of the "child". I know some adults that shouldn't have sex. If you have to ask this question you are not ready for sex.

I believe that they should wait till they are married.call me old fashion, but I'm only 32 and they have to have fun and not to grow-up so fast they have their whole life ahead of them still. I know I've been there and I missed out of all the fun and my friends,all because I had sex and had child, and that was only one time only. So to answer your question they should wait till 25

A CHILD shouldn't have sex.
Sex should be held off until someone is capable of being a parent because that is a VERY possible outcome.
