I want a mouse for my Dell Laptop... what should I look for? I am looking on EBAY... do I need certain requirements?

usb laser or optical mouse. ibm and logitech make great travel mice for laptops. definately get USB though. no requirements, except a USB port (logically, and good chance one exists). helps to have XP, cause you don't need a disk or anything, should be able to just plug it in and go.

Well for one make sure you get a laser mouse. Balls are obsolete. As for requirements I would see what your computer is. If it is XP then you need to make sure your mouse is XP compatible. Sorry I can't help more. I would suggest to google what to look for in a mouse.

Shouldnt.
I like wireless for my laptop or retractable.

Try Best Buy...even though it isn't ebay they have some pretty cheap ones, with good rebates and good deals.

as long as you have a standard mouse port or usb port on your laptop any kind of mouse will work (as long as it isnt an old serial port one) I'd go optical :)

laser is a MUST it saves a lot time trust me. Get a wireless too if ur budget allows it.
