i am not overweight or anyting but i really need to loose weight
i need to loose at least 10 pounds really fast
i dont care if i have to starve myself
i cant put my fingers down my throat, it wont work, nothing comes out
anyone know anything???

ok use an exersise program every day for like an hour like ddr or some exersise video every morning and night eat a lot of salads and stuff with little or no carbs 40 -50 carbs per meal tops and also nothing with more then 11% fat you will loose a lot

Obviously you don't know much if you are going to starve yourself or put your fingers down your throat. I sent this exact statement to another gal that needed to loose 10lbs in a week and a half.

Why do you need to loose weight? Who are you trying to impress? A boy... not worth your health, trying to be like other girls???? why aren't you an individual or do you have to follow everyone else. You don't care if you have to starve yourself???? And people wonder why there are eating disorders, you said you aren't over weight.

Crash diets and not eating is going to do nothing but what it did to me when I was in highschool. Pass out and become a border line diabetic...do you think it is fun? No I have to watch what I eat when I eat and if I don't eat for a long period of time I black out.

Can't you be happy with what you got and stop worrying about what your boyfriend says or the girls whispering about you! Who cares.... if you are happy with you then why worry. If you are not happy...then quick is not the answer. Proper education about eating and working out is the only way to do it.

Stop allowing yourself to be pulled in by false images and body types that are not healthy.

Be an individual...not one of the crowd

First of all, the idea of being anorexic or bullimic is okay to you? You should see your doctor about that before you end up with a serious problem. When you go see your doctor about your views, ask your doctor what should be done about your desire. Your doctor will know which pills to put you on (if needed) and also how many calories you should cut back to. I understand the desire to loose weight quickly but you should do it in a safe manner or else you may have dire consequences of even gain more weight back.....Good Luck!

Ask yourself, why do you need to lose weight fast? Is there a party coming up and clothes you need to fit into? BTW, starving yourself doesn't work, because once your calorie count goes below 1000 a day, your body thinks it's starving and turns ALL calories into fat - that's why crash diets fail. It takes 3,500 calories to make one pound of weight. If you weighed 135, that's walking I think 10 miles (I don't remember the math), so if you ate your normal food, and walked 10 miles a day, in 10 days you would "lose" 10 pounds of weight (but only if you take in lots of water, it helps the fat to be metabolized). Throwing up your food causes your potassium levels to go down, throwing your body out of kilter chemically, as well as having the bile burn your esophogus (remember, stomach acid is strong stuff).

how fast is really fast? there is that body wrap that you can get at a salon - if they still do that - that makes you lose a bit and you can fit into a tight outfit, but don't drink anything!!
Otherwise just do the workout, watch what you eat - no bulimia!

OKAY...this should put you off starving/making yourself vomit. It makes your teeth yellow, gives you bad breath, makes you look like a skeleton. DON'T DO IT. I remember my mom gave me this thing: lose 4 lbs in 3 days...you eat rice, rice, rice, or something, in small portions, and no snacks.
