I have children. Mind and looks does not play a large part of parental love. You love them because you put them into this world. You launched them and you are responsible. Mine will float, but for those who don't we need patience.

I'm loved for all of the above...I'm just a very lovable person. :) I think I have a great personality, I am not bad looking, and in regards to the parents, my mom loves me because of who I am while my dad loves me because he has to.

My parents love me because I am their kid and they have to, strangers love me because of my face and charm and my husband loves me because of my charm, mind, and looks. Looks like no matter what I win. Yeah me!

yeah,..cause they feel theyr'e "supposed" to. They actually hate
me. And I don't care !! Cause my boyfriend of 6 yrs., says "he
loves my spirit". That is good enough for me. I give myself love.
I'm not that pathetic...there are people who love me.....just me &
parents don't get along. So what.

I'm loved for both, ofcourse my parents have no choice, but others love me for both. Some girls are smart AND pretty! Imagine that! =)
