No it doesn't but you of course you have to remove the jewelry to feed tha babe, you can leave it out the holes will probably shrink, or you can put the jewelry back in after every feeding, but then they could become irritated and hurt. If you go to a good piercer someone with experience the pain will be minimal, because they will be faster. Email me if you have any questions.

No it doesn't. However, the flow might be split into several spurts and it looks really funny. You have to remember removing the jewel before you breastfeed your baby; I know, it sounds stupid but sh*t happens.
