I have a Pre-K teacher that has the back of the neck tattoo and a wrist tattoo. She says they were from her "gang" era in her teens. We ask her to cover them up, but she doesn't.
I wish I was high enough to enforce dress code, because i would become the most hated person there.

Yes, they had neck, arms, back and legs tattooed. It was a woman.
