Ha Ha that's the best reason to have a party. If you did like them and they were leaving you would be upset. So have a party, have one too many cocktails and tell them what a w*nker you think they are :)

Not at all, if you are good friends or family with them then it's appropriate and a fun way to get everybody together for them before they leave.
