Ahhh,... so much depends! Like what kind of gun are we talking? At what range? If it's a 12 ga. shotgun loaded with buckshot and at point blank range, then it wouldn't make a difference Where you got shot! If it's a bb gun then getting a bb in the eye would be much worse.
It also depends on the specific situation. If we are both on a sinking ship in the arctic ocean without liferafts, then would it matter?
Once can only give a very simplistic answer to a question this simplistic, so any simplistic answer wouldn't mean anything or really answer your question would it?
Even if you are just trying to get at some general principle, then I submit that there is no value to any answers addressing that principle because it is so easily made irrelevant according to it's dependancy on more details.

it doesn't matter, since he is a dangerous kidnapper, he will most likely shoot you in the place you don't pick. then again, he may shot you in both places or any other place he feels like.
