What version of windows do you have? If XP then do the following -

Right click on desktop - click on properties
Click on the Settings tab
Click on Advanced
Click on the Rotation button
Check the box next to Standard Rotation
Click OK

U can either use the monitor settings (on the monirot itself) to rotate the screen.

OR

press Ctrl + Alt + (Up/Down/Left/right Arrow Key) to adjest it accordingly.
